Fix JCache filter-exception and invoke put-stat conformance

A CacheEntryEventFilter that throws no longer aborts the in-flight
mutation: EventTypeFilter.evaluate catches and logs the failure and
returns false to skip that listener, matching the listener-exception
policy and the RI's commit-then-propagate ordering. The
unknown-event-type branch logs instead of throwing.

invoke/invokeAll UPDATED records CachePuts only after CacheWriter.write
succeeds, matching the other write paths; a failing writer previously
left a phantom put.
