fix(organization): trim string inputs and widen postalCode to varchar(10)

- Trim all string fields in GrottoService.getConvertedDataFromClientRequest
- Widen postal_code from varchar(5) to varchar(10) for international codes
- Add migration for t_grotto and h_grotto columns
- Add regression tests for whitespace trimming
