fix(hooks): run hooks declared on parent classes (#81)

getHooks now merges hook metadata across the constructor prototype
chain (base to derived), and the @hook decorator uses own-metadata so
a child class no longer mutates its parent's hook map. Parent hooks run
before child hooks, and child hooks no longer leak into parent instances.
