feat(observation): support multiple authors on import

- Replace authorId (single) with authorIds (array) in profile schema
- authorIds is now a required field (array of positive integers)
- Create multiple JDocumentCaverAuthor junction rows for all authors
- Use sequential inserts inside transaction (not Promise.all)
- Deduplicate authorIds before inserting junction rows
- TDocument.author FK set to first author in the list
- TObservation.author remains requestAuthorId (authenticated user)
- Update ProfileValidator, ReferenceValidator, EntityBuilder
- Update Swagger documentation
- Update all related unit/property tests
- Add mixed-existence test for multi-author resolution
