feat: detect reddit verification, weibo, dribbble and douban gates (#41)

Add detection for antibot/block cases that previously went undetected:

- reddit: the "Please wait for verification" interstitial (HTTP 200), in
  addition to the existing 403/429 and "blocked by network security."
- weibo: Sina Visitor System gate served to non-China/bot clients.
- dribbble: 403 Forbidden returned to crawler/bot user agents.
- douban: image CDN 418 returned to requests without a matching Referer.

Includes real-capture fixtures for the three new providers and inline
tests for each case.
