FullStory's _fs-ch- challenge blocks headless browsers with a JS
challenge page titled "Client Challenge". Detects via HTML content
and _fs_ch_st_ cookie.

* fix: avoid false positive in fullstory-challenge HTML detection

The previous rule matched "Client Challenge" as a standalone OR
condition, so any page containing that substring would trigger.
Now only the unique _fs-ch- asset path is used for HTML detection.
