Polish client.rst and switch docs to RTD theme

- Fix typo "Copyng" → "Copying"
- Fix missing space before --asof backtick
- Soften experimental keyring note to be factually accurate
- Switch Sphinx theme from sphinxdoc to sphinx_rtd_theme
- Add sphinx-rtd-theme to docs/requirements.txt
