Fix sqlalchemy.rst: update broken API calls and deprecated imports

- Fix RST label directive (.. sqlalchemy: → .. _sqlalchemy:)
- Update deprecated sqlalchemy.ext.declarative import to SQLAlchemy 2.0
  DeclarativeBase API
- Fix wrong ofxtools.models.investment import path
  (correct: ofxtools.models.invest.transactions)
- Fix request_statements() call to match actual signature: password as
  first positional arg, request objects as subsequent positional args,
  userid set on OFXClient at construction time
