Overhaul services page with real pricing, bundles, and fit-call flow

- Rebuild /services: retainer tiers (Light Advisory, Standard/Embedded,
  AgentOps add-on), seven fixed-price project engagements including the
  new AI Code Health Check and AI Strategy Workshop, bundle cards with
  CTAs, How Pricing Works, Why Work With Me, and FAQ sections
- Add AmgrWeb.Components.Services: offering, disclosure, bundle_card,
  and faq_item components with native <details> expandables
- Wire "Book a fit call": CTAs link to /contact?topic=... and Live.Page
  passes the param through so the contact form preselects the service
- Expand contact form topics to cover all offerings and bundles
