Add contact form via Web3Forms

New /contact page with a topic-aware form (service offerings plus
'Something else'), honeypot botcheck, and a /thanks landing page the
submission redirects to. The Web3Forms access key is a public
client-side key by design. Services CTA, writer card, about page, and
a new footer mail icon all route to the form; obfuscated email and
Twitter remain as alternates.
