Remove fw::exec facade; preserve it on the facade branch

The execution_fw.hpp facade and its test are deleted. hello.cpp, which
demonstrated the facade, is also removed. CMakeLists files are stripped of
the facade header and callcc_test target. CLAUDE.md and README.md are
rewritten to describe callcc as a direct beman::execution adaptor.
