fix(config,cypher): honor async YAML settings and enforce inline rel property filters

- load async write settings from YAML under database.async_* keys
- accept legacy database.async_writes nested block for compatibility
- stop forcing AsyncWritesEnabled=true when NORNICDB_ASYNC_WRITES_ENABLED is unset
- apply inline relationship property predicates during traversal edge expansion
- disable traversal count fast path when relationship inline properties are present
- align operations docs to the canonical database.async_* YAML shape
- add regression tests for async YAML loading/env precedence and inline rel property filtering
