feat(rust): bench the term split set; drop the stale 727MB-manifest gate

live_bench never measured the term split set (243 .rrt splits, deployed
since 06-07) - the missing row for the monolith-vs-split decision,
given term mono is the per-query efficiency champion. Its manifest is
21 KB, so it always opens; the SPLIT_BENCH=1 opt-in guarded the old
Bloom-dominated 727 MB trigram manifest, gone since the strip. The
term-split +facet row uses the shared-ID-space facet post-filter (the
per-split filtered path is trigram-only).
