fix(rust): short-circuit provably-empty facet filter arms before any fetch

The late-flushing live bench exposed the cost of an unsatisfiable
filter: 'type=article' over the split set - whose per-split sidecars
carry only the year field - correctly returned 0 hits under the fixed
resolve semantics, but still opened all 389 splits and ran a full
filtered tail scan in each: ~20,000 requests / ~750 MB / 80+ minutes
to compute an empty set.

ResolvedFilter::has_empty_arm (a selected field none of whose
categories resolved) now short-circuits search_cursor_filtered,
membership_bitmap, and combine to empty before fetching a single
posting. The split set's per-split sidecars only carry year facets, so
any other field's filter in split mode now answers instantly instead
of scanning the corpus to say nothing.
