Fix for memory explosion during aggregate_output (#434)

Because weights were calculated using a dense tensor of bools (with most
values being 0), the memory use exploded for large basins (ex. 216 G for
SLSO). The new version does the aggregation over the sbid using the dim
parameter of the xr.dot function (the equivalent of an einsum or a
group_by).
