MTV-4577 Warm migration failed at server fault code (#4069)

* importer: re-login VMware on session timeout during VDDK warm migration

Warm migration delta copy can run long enough for the vSphere session to
expire, leading to NotAuthenticated and 'session is not authenticated'
faults. Retry VMware API calls once after SessionManager.Login when an
unauthenticated fault is detected.

Add unit tests for session fault detection and re-login retry behavior.
