v1.34.15: register SaOS-2 + SK-MEL-37 lineage in cell-line registry (#321)

Both were leaking as their own '(cell type)' group in pmhc --by-tissue because
the parser's registry didn't know them, so it echoed the bare line name.

- SK-MEL-37 (MSKCC cutaneous melanoma, CT-antigen high) -> Melanocyte / Skin;
  folds into the Melanocyte group (e.g. PRAME 75 -> 79 obs).
- SaOS-2 (osteosarcoma, TP53-null, CVCL_0548) -> Osteoblast / Bone.

Line names still surface under --expand-lines.  No rebuild needed — tissue
grouping resolves cell_type live via parse_cell_name.
