v1.34.13: curate Other-coded cell-line PMIDs + tissue-fallback by-tissue (#319)

Curate the four IEDB "Other"-coded cell-line PMIDs surfacing as
"(unspecified type)" in pmhc --by-tissue (#36):
- 25645385 (Pritchard) + 34290406 (Oliveira): melanoma lines -> Melanocyte
- 36010968 (Vadakekolathu): SaOS-2 osteosarcoma -> SaOS-2
- 31844290 validation cohort + 31495665 MAPTAC left uncurated (genuinely
  heterogeneous / 6-host method) per no-force-fit; surfaced honestly instead.

Scanner now treats IEDB's "Other"/"unknown"/blank cell_name sentinels as
fillable by per-PMID provenance (was: only truly-blank).

pmhc --by-tissue: when a cell line's TYPE is unknown but its source TISSUE
is known, group by the bare tissue name (Skin/Bone/Ovary) instead of one
opaque "(unspecified type)" bucket -- keeps heterogeneous cohorts split by
what we know. format_tissue_table aligns columns globally across sections
and drops the redundant first-column header word.
