fix(cypher): preserve Graphiti SET composition and vector writes

Fix Cypher write-path regressions where adjacent SET label and SET map
clauses collapsed node properties/labels, node-variable
db.create.setNodeVectorProperty calls failed to persist vectors, and indexed
map-valued payloads could panic during UNWIND/MERGE bulk saves.

Add regressions for Graphiti single-save and bulk-save shapes, node-variable
vector procedure calls, and non-comparable property index values.
