2.65.1: built-in J→C junction-seam QC guard + aggressive #235 tests (#240)

validate_sequences now guards the J→C seam (constant must begin with a valid junction residue β:E / α:N,Y,D,H, not the bare canonical) — the check that would have caught #235's self-consistent blind spot. New _VALID_JUNCTION_RESIDUES; TestJunctionSeamQC adds both-C-gene, 20-clone-batch, fallback NT round-trip, and guard-fires/passes tests. Suite 1885 passed.
