feat(bb_thermal): /api/thermal aggregate route (soc/vr/asic/board) (#360)

- new component components/bb_thermal — GET /api/thermal aggregates SoC
  temp (bb_temp), VR temp (bb_power), ASIC die + board temp (bb_fan)
- each source emits {present, c} — c is number °C or null when absent
- route-extender bearer for "thermal" route_id (order 1, same as power/fan)
- host twin with bb_thermal_reset_for_test + schema assembly hook
- 9 tests: all-present, all-absent, mixed (soc-only, vr-only), vr
  temp=-1 absent, asic NAN board present, extender field, schema base,
  schema extender; 1434 tests pass
- wired into smoke-tdongle + smoke-esp32 (link clean)
