test cleanup: restore removed tests, prefer fail() over inspect(false, ...)

Restore the six "X with error callback" tests in `builtin/array_test.mbt`
that were dropped in the previous commit (each is migrated to
`try/catch/noraise`; the original `..2` counterparts continue to coexist).

Replace `inspect(false, content="true")` with `fail("expected ...")` in
the `noraise` branches I introduced — clearer signal at the failure
site. Matching `inspect(true, content="true")` no-ops in the `catch`
branches become `()`.
