fix: deflake session.export online test by skipping auto-title generation (#2071)

The session.export test set a title via session.update after sending a
message, but an async title-generation job (queued on first message
persist) could complete between the update and export, overwriting the
test title with the mocked assistant response in dev-proxy mode.

Fix: pass the title at session.create instead. When a title is provided
at creation, metadata.titleGenerated is set to true, which prevents the
auto-title job from being queued.

Also removes the now-unused createSession helper.

The rpc-agent-handlers "failure" reported by the flaky runner was a
Bun JUnit reporter misattribution of this same session.export failure.
