fix: address Codacy linting issues in frontend and shell scripts

- Fix unused loop variable in start.sh (i -> _)
- Add braces to arrow functions to avoid returning void expressions
- Wrap function references in arrow functions (e.g., .then((t) => { setTrades(t); }))
- Convert refresh functions to useCallback to fix missing dependency warnings
- Add useCallback import to Models.tsx

These changes address 29 Codacy warnings across Dashboard, Trades,
ProductBuilder, Portfolios, Valuations, and Models pages.
