feat(adopt): re-pin breadboard v0.49.0 + adopt bb_http asset wildcard (#498)

- re-pin breadboard to v0.49.0
- register /api mining routes before the single "/*" asset wildcard so specific routes win first-match
- reserve +1 handler slot (one wildcard) instead of +asset_count
