fix(test): make test_get_period_spend_sums_current_period date-independent

The test wrote two ledger entries (now, now-1h) and asserted both fell in the
"daily" period — but with a live datetime.now() the now-1h entry lands in the
previous day when the suite runs just after midnight, so the daily sum dropped
to 3.0 instead of 5.0. Pin a fixed midday reference time, matching the sibling
tests. Surfaced by the 2026-06-04 -> 06-05 rollover on CI (not by any code change).
