perf(bb_http): serve embedded assets via one wildcard handler instead of N (#338)

- collapse N per-asset httpd handlers into a single "/*" lookup handler (registered last so specific routes win first-match)
- frees ~one httpd handler slot per asset; reduces BB_HTTP_OVERHEAD_SLACK from 13 to 6
- frontend-transparent (same URLs); "/" maps to "/index.html" and query strings are stripped before lookup
- assets are raw-httpd (no OpenAPI/descriptor change)
