v1.30.57: split cell_name into cell_line_name + cell_type (#261 stage 2) (#268)

Wire the stage-1 parse_cell_name into classify_ms_row so both
observation producers (scanner + supplement) emit a new build-time
cell_type column and a cleaned cell_line_name:

- cell_type (NEW): the tissue/cell-type part ('B cell', 'Myeloid cell'),
  '' when unknown
- cell_line_name: now strips the '<line>-<cell_type>' hybrid suffix
('K562-Myeloid cell' -> 'K562') and canonicalizes known synonyms
('HeLa cells' -> 'HeLa'). Falls back to the parser's raw line input,
then the original string, so a cell-line row whose line isn't in the
registry never loses its identifier (no #260 line-count regression).

parse_cell_name runs inside the lru_cached classify_ms_row, so it's
evaluated once per unique row-tuple, not per row. Mono-allelic
detection still runs on the raw cell_name (unchanged).

Stage 3 (pmhc --cell-type filtering) remains out of scope.
