chore: remove deltaDiff parity logic (#12216)

Reduce memory footprint by removing obsolete Unleash-side deltaDiff
parity diagnostics and cache-footprint metrics that serialized client
feature and delta cache configuration payloads.

Drift can now be detected from the Edge side, so this removes the extra
Unleash-side comparison/measurement path.
