fix(cypher): correctness bug where MERGE queries could return nil for count(*)/count(var) in MERGE return projection paths (notably MERGE (:Label {...}) RETURN count(*)).
COUNT is now evaluated deterministically in both merge return evaluators and returns Neo4j-compatible values.
