Refactor single_search_es queries for new indices

Rework single_search_es.yml to match updated index/schema and add new query endpoints. Renamed many queries and swapped old indices (subjects/files/samples) for domain-specific indices (study, study_diagnosis, study_specimen, tab_participants, tab_biospecimens, tab_data_files, biospecimen_data_file, interop_data, clinical_data_tab, clinical_trial_data_tab, etc.). Changed filter behavior (many default -> pagination changes, caseInsensitive toggled to false, updated defaultSortField/alternativeSortField), updated selectedField to data_file_uuid for file selection, and adjusted ignoreIfEmpty keys to use study_short_name/study_id/data_file_uuid/specimen_id. Added queries to support cart/table workflows and new study/clinical endpoints (getAllStudies, getHomePage, participant/biospecimen/data_file views, clinicalData/clinicalTrialData, etc.). Overall this adapts queries to the new data model and adds support for cart and interoperability use cases.
