test(cypher,storage): expand deterministic branch coverage and fix surfaced merge/where edge cases

Add broad deterministic unit coverage across cypher execution paths (UNWIND, CALL subqueries, MATCH/OPTIONAL MATCH, MERGE chains, schema/index helpers, traversal seed helpers, index-seek parsers, and mutation fallbacks) to raise package coverage and lock in regressions.

Fix correctness issues discovered by tests:
- match_multi: evaluate relationship-pattern WHERE clauses before single-variable shortcut routing
- merge: stop relationship MERGE SET parsing at next top-level MERGE boundary in chained clauses
- storage/namespaced: guard against nil nodes in GetNodesByLabel namespace projection

Also remove redundant duplicate fast-path block in subquery seeding logic and strengthen assertions for deterministic row/column behavior.
