### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* now `get_crs` works with a dataArray with any var (not just passing
the `rotated_pole` dataArray
* `subset_gridpoint` now works with a stacked dataset

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?
things described above won't fail anymore.
