docs(v3): switch Read the Docs to Furo + reconcile fixed-behaviour notes (#4)

Visual upgrade (Sphinx 7.4.7 + Furo):
- conf.py: html_theme=furo; sphinx-copybutton (strips $/>>> prompts);
  Pygments friendly (light) + monokai (dark); MyST linkify + colon_fence +
  deflist and myst_heading_anchors=3; _static/custom.css.
- _static/custom.css: rounded "card" code blocks, JetBrains Mono/Fira Code,
  polished tables (zebra + branded header), branded headings/blockquotes.
- requirements.txt: pin sphinx/furo/myst-parser/linkify-it-py/sphinx-copybutton
  for reproducible RTD builds.
- Exclude superpowers/ internal specs/plans and stray READMEs from the build.
- Label language-less code fences (diagrams/trees/CLI output) as `text`.

README: add a Read the Docs "Documentation Status" badge (/en/latest/).

Reconcile the two "known limitation" notes now that they are fixed in the
companion code PR:
- idempotencyKey is serialised onto the envelope and signed; the worker
  enforces it (skipped-idempotent). Every wire-shape / signed-fields listing
  (ARCHITECTURE, jobs, QUEUES, security) now includes idempotencyKey.
- the global jobs_active cron gate is gone: jobs:cronjob:run always evaluates
  the schedule; per-job control via enabled()/environments(). jobs:cronjob:
  enable/disable remain only in the migration/retired-commands notes.

Depends on the code-fix PR — merge that first (or together).
