docs: fix mermaid syntax errors and add setup cheatsheet (#22)

- Fix Mermaid sequence/flowchart diagrams across all Vitepress docs by quoting labels containing spaces/slashes/parentheses, standardizing bidirectional arrows, and replacing HTML `<br>` tags.
- Add a new "Setup Cheatsheet" page under the Introduction sidebar section.
- Update `README.md` and annotation metadata to flag authorization and routing features as experimental and note introduction versions.
