feat(bb_log): optional UDP datagram sink for headless log mirroring (#328)

first-class UDP output alongside the console writer + SSE ring; vprintf hook
enqueues only, a low-prio task owns the socket + sendto (never in the IDF log
mutex). bb_log_udp_enable(ip_be,port)/disable; CONFIG_BB_LOG_UDP_SINK (default
n, compiled out). for headless/pre-httpd states (e.g. OTA boot mode).
addresses B1-239.
