Signature recompose (#141, #142): naïve/stem set + eff−naïve contrast (#152)

#141 — add NAIVE_STEM_GENES_HGNC (TCF7,LEF1,CCR7,SELL,IL7R,CD27,CD28) and
redefine Differentiated as the effector−naïve differentiation contrast
(effector core up, naïve/stem down). Per the B1-2/B1-3 pilot, eff−naïve
beats effector-alone in every enrichment gate across both cohorts — best
axis for separating antigen-expanded clones from naïve-like bystanders in
in-vitro culture. Added to SELECTION_SIGNATURES as the recommended axis.

#142 — recompose AntigenExperienced to the effector core only; drop
TNFRSF9/MKI67 (acute-activation / proliferation), which run inverse to or
near chance for in-vitro clonal expansion and only diluted the effector
signal. They now live in a separate AcuteActivation signature. Rename the
mis-named 'activation' set to 'effector' (EFFECTOR_GENES_HGNC), keeping
ACTIVATION_GENES_HGNC / the 'activation' key as deprecated aliases.

Bump 2.21.0.
