project: fix PyPI badges and drop duplicate badges

The PyPI version, Python versions, and Downloads badges referenced the repo
name (scenechange) instead of the published distribution
(vapoursynth-scenechange), so they rendered as "not found", and README.md and
docs/badges.rst disagreed with each other. Point all of them at the PyPI name.

Remove the custom_project_badges (PyPI, Tests, Coverage) that Wiswa now
auto-generates for a project_type: python project, so the badge lists no longer
duplicate. The underlying generator templates are fixed in Wiswa so a regen
reproduces this.
