Fix stale Dialyzer ignore after method validation change

The improper-list warning for the iodata buffer build in
add_body_to_buffer/2 is suppressed via a line-pinned entry in
.dialyzer_ignore. Adding the {:invalid_request_method, method} doc
bullet to Mint.HTTP1 shifted that line from 927 to 929, so the ignore
stopped matching and the warning failed CI on the Elixir 1.19/OTP 28
job. Repoint the ignore at line 929.
