chore: Cut back ClickHouse pipeline thresholds to reduce memory footprint (#3544)

* set clickhouse pipeline to 50k batch sizes and lowers the stale batcher timeout to 10s

* bump version to 1.43.1

* Use div/2 when converting from nanoseconds to microseconds in order to remove float precision risks, update log event test
