feature: add trace_id to roundup-server

Add trace_id generation to roundup_server entry point.

If LOGHTTPVIALOGGER is enabled with -L to roundup-server, trace_id is
logged. But it was not logged when using simple logging to stderr.
Added logging of trace_id to default log as last field.
