feat(adopt): breadboard v0.43.4 — single-core OTA push WDT fix (#484)

Picks up bb_ota_push's per-iteration vTaskDelay(1) in the receive+write loop
(breadboard #325). On single-core boards (esp32-s2-mini, esp32-c3-supermini)
the OTA push loop previously monopolized the core for the whole transfer and
the idle task tripped the task watchdog, leaving the board to roll back. With
the fix, a 1 MB OTA push to the S2 completes in ~18s with a clean reboot
(validated on-device) instead of hanging ~150s and resetting on task_wdt.
