test(webui): cover knot peer-stats fetch success path (#485)

The Knot tests only exercised the rejected/unreachable path of fetchPeerStats,
leaving the res.ok branch (parse /api/stats, set ghs/shares) uncovered. #481's
array-guard comment shifted those line numbers, so Coveralls flagged them as a
regression. Add a test that resolves the per-peer fetch with live stats and
asserts the reachable branch renders shares + hashrate.
