feat(adopt): breadboard v0.43.2 — IRAM bb_timer_now_us for hot-loop timestamps (#470)

- bump scripts/fetch_breadboard.py VERSION to v0.43.2 (#323: bb_timer_now_us
  placed in IRAM so it can be called from the IRAM mining hot loop without a
  flash instruction fetch)
- replace the 8 esp_timer_get_time() sites in mine_nonce_range (tier-boundary
  diag/dwell/job-swap/EMA timers) with (int64_t)bb_timer_now_us(); completes the
  esp_timer→bb_timer extraction started in #469 (which covered app-logic sites)
- drop the now-unused esp_timer.h include from mining.c; esp_timer stays in the
  mining component REQUIRES for the rule-exempt HW SHA drivers
  (sha256_hw_ahb/sha256_hw_dport/sha256.c bench paths)
- no behavior change: bb_timer_now_us wraps esp_timer_get_time under the hood

on-device validated via fleet OTA bench (current main + local BB): tdongle-s3
98.0%, wroom32 93.8%, c3 79.6% — zero eff regression. s2 A/B (pre-swap vs swap,
both 82%) isolates the swap as clean; its gap vs the older deployed image traced
to a WiFi RSSI drop (−47→−73 dBm), not the change.
