docs: shelve rarest-trigram candidates+verify (idea 2) with the candidates repro

Measured on the live 47.8M (rust/examples/candidates): client-side egress is
floored by the result-set size. machine learning (171k results) keeps ~195k
candidates even after the 4 rarest trigrams -> ~190MB to verify, worse than the
53MB full AND; only sparse results (posthuman became, 317 -> ~12MB) win, and
those are already gated by the lazy tail. Returning just IDs needs a server-side
intersection. README 'Tried and shelved' updated; search_candidates + example kept.
