feat(openalex demo): gate auto-pull to sparse heads; explicit load for rich heads

Auto-pull the full tail only when the popular head can't fill a page (the
show-the-few-then-pull-the-rest case). A rich head — a full page of popular
hits, e.g. a common query — keeps its instant results and offers an explicit
'load full results' instead of auto-fetching a tail that can be tens of MB.
