feat(openalex demo): auto-pull the full tail after the head; separate tail perf stat

Show the popular head results instantly, then automatically fetch the full tail
in the background once the query settles (a short debounce avoids firing on
every keystroke; a sequence guard drops stale renders). The tail load reports
into its own 'tail' perf field so it no longer overwrites the head's search
numbers — search, tail, and results are tracked separately. Document the
two-tier flow in a new search-detail.svg on the how-it-works page.
