feat(adopt): breadboard v0.41.3 + persist derived hostname (TA-405) (#458)

- bump scripts/fetch_breadboard.py VERSION to v0.41.3
- v0.41.3 includes bb_mdns TXT cache persistence (TA-404) — txt records survive wifi reconnect-driven mdns re-init; no taipanminer-side change required
- ta-405: src/main.c hostname fallback branch now persists the derived value via bb_nv_config_set_hostname(hn) so /api/info, knot self-peer, and taipan-cli filtered queries see a real hostname (was: empty across boots, only live mdns had the derived value)
- tdongles3-4 was the verified symptom — empty hostname + empty worker/state txt despite real mining
