fix(mining/diag): re-land rename (sha_ops_per_sec) and boot microbench wall-time (dropped from PR #455 squash) (#457)

- pr #455's intended squash had three commits: endpoint khs fix (landed), sha_kops_per_sec → sha_ops_per_sec rename (dropped), boot microbench wall-time (dropped); github auto-merge used the pre-force-push tip and only got commit 1's diff.
- rename: sha_ops_per_sec matches the value's unit (1e6 / us_per_op = ops/sec, not kops/sec).
- boot microbench: dport and ahb-profile-hotloop now delegate measurement to *_bench_pass2() helpers (single source of truth with /api/diag/benchmark, post-#456 normalized to per-sha-block-op).
- closes TA-395 root cause: sha_khs_ceiling on the wroom32 returns from 312 (broken cycle-counted) to ~407 (honest wall-time, matches live mining rate).
- on-device verified pre-merge (the wroom32 currently runs a local-build firmware with both fixes; this PR re-lands them on main).
