refactor(rust): rename crate roaringrange_reader -> roaringrange, dir reader/ -> rust/

The crate is the reader AND the build writers AND the wasm bindings, so 'reader' was a misnomer; align all surfaces on 'roaringrange' (Rust crate, Go module, WASM bundle, Python package). Moves reader/ -> rust/; updates imports in the OpenAlex builder and the PyO3 crate (dep aliased as roaringrange_core to avoid clashing with the python lib's own name); rebuilds the wasm bundle as roaringrange.js / roaringrange_bg.wasm and rewires the demo import; fixes .gitignore (reader/* -> rust/*) and CI working-dirs.
